Hi, I’m Eric Childers, a proud Knoxville native with deep roots in this beautiful Tennessee city. Born and raised here, I know every corner of town — from the buzz of Market Square to the peaceful trails of the Smokies. After spending the last decade working in TV production, I’ve learned the value of storytelling, attention to detail, and strong communication — all skills I now bring into the world of real estate.

My Background

Helping people is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I’m guiding clients through the home buying process or simply lending a hand to a neighbor, I believe in being there when it matters most. I’ve always been a people person, and there’s nothing more rewarding to me than building lasting relationships and seeing clients light up when they find the right home.

Outside of Work Activities

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me taking mountain drives through East Tennessee, spending quality time with my family, or soaking up a rainy day with a good video game. I’m also a big fan of live music and will never pass up the chance to catch a great concert. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why “home” is such a meaningful word.
